{"id":1754,"date":"2012-09-12T20:00:24","date_gmt":"2012-09-12T18:00:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.egophobia.ro\/?p=1754"},"modified":"2012-09-12T20:00:24","modified_gmt":"2012-09-12T18:00:24","slug":"translation-cafe-three-new-issues","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.egophobia.ro\/?p=1754","title":{"rendered":"Translation Caf\u00e9: three new issues"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>\nPress Release<br \/>\nBucharest, 17 September 2012<\/p>\n<p>Online Publication<\/p>\n<p>Translation Caf\u00e9, under the University of Bucharest<\/p>\n<p>Announces the publication of three new issues:<\/p>\n<p>Magda C\u00e2rneci, Bogdan Suceav\u0103, and Anne Stewart.<\/p>\n<p>Translation Caf\u00e9 is an eZine of Modern Texts in Translation.<\/p>\n<p>These three new issues include translations, interviews and critical reviews of texts by Magda C\u00e2rneci, Bogdan Suceav\u0103, and Anne Stewart, published as Parallel Texts , in both English and Romanian.All translators are MTTLC students or graduates.<\/p>\n<p>MTTLC is the MA Programme for the Translation of the Contemporary Literary Text of the University of Bucharest.<\/p>\n<p>Magda C\u00e2rneci is a Romanian poet. She was interviewed by Oana Sili\u0219te, who translated some of her poems and fragments of critical reviews.<\/p>\n<p>Bogdan Suceav\u0103 is a Romanian prose writer. His short story entitledThe Al-Waqbah Incident or the Chameleon Man&#8217;s Travels has been translated by Monica Manolachi.<\/p>\n<p>British poet Anne Stewart has been recently interviewed by Elena Arma. To\u021bi traduc\u0103torii sunt studen\u021bi sau absolven\u021bi ai MTTLC.<\/p>\n<p>MTTLC este Programul de Masterat pentru Traducerea Textului Literar Contemporan de la Universitatea din Bucure\u0219ti.<\/p>\n<p>Magda C\u00e2rneci este o poet\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia. A fost intervievat\u0103 de Oana Sili\u0219te, care a tradus o parte dintre poemele sale, precum \u0219i fragmente din comentarii critice.<\/p>\n<p>Bogdan Suceav\u0103 este un prozator rom\u00e2n. Povestirea sa intitulat\u0103Istoria de la Al Waqbah sau C\u0103l\u0103toriile omului cameleon a fost tradus\u0103 de Monica Manolachi.<\/p>\n<p>Poeta britanic\u0103 Anne Stewart a fost intervievat\u0103 recent de Elena Arma.
