Chris Tanasescu (MARGENTO) este poet, performer, universitar \u0219i traduc\u0103tor, iar \u00een 2009 a ajuns \u00een finala festivalului european de Slam poetry de la Berlin. Pe c\u00e2nd un asemenea festival \u0219i pe Jiu?<\/div>\n<div>MARGENTO este \u0219i numele trupei multimedia de performance poetry \/ action painting \/ jazz-rock cu care a c\u00e2\u0219tigat un num\u0103r de premii na\u021bionale \u0219i interna\u021bionale, printre care Discul de Aur \u00een Rom\u00e2nia (2008) \u0219i a deschis prima edi\u021bie European Poetry Slam \u00een Berlin, 2009. MARGENTO a conferen\u021biat, performat \u0219i lansat c\u0103r\u021bi \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, Statele Unite, Canada, Asia de Sud Est, Australia \u0219i Europa de Vest, lucr\u00e2nd de c\u00e2\u021biva ani la proiectul computerizat &#8222;poemul graf&#8221; (<i>the graph poem<\/i>).<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div>Cea mai recent\u0103 carte a sa, <b>Nomadosofia<\/b> (Casa de Editur\u0103 Max Blecher, 2012) este un jam session poetic, unde, \u00een peste 350 de pagini \u00ee\u0219i dau \u00eent\u00e2lnire poe\u021bi ca Philip Levine, Robert Pinsky, O. Nimigean, Charles Simic, David Baker, Jerome Rothenberg, Glen Colquhoun, Claudiu Komartin, Iulia Militaru, dar \u0219i Apollinaire, Ibn Battuta, Elizabeth Bishop, Salvatore Quasimodo, Hafiz, Frank Zappa, Yehuda Amichai, Czeslaw Milosz, Gellu Naum, ba chiar \u0219i Eminescu din <span lang=\"EN-US\">&#8222;<\/span>Demonism&#8221;. Un volum intens experimental, o transcriere \u00een versuri a lumii care se prezint\u0103 fractalic \u0219i discontinuu, totu\u0219i cu aceea\u0219i pneum\u0103 poetic\u0103. Chris Tanasescu este poetul-vr\u0103jitor care sub numele de Margento a transcris aceast\u0103 carte-lotus al c\u0103rei incipit de \u021aiganiad\u0103 contemporan\u0103 descre\u021be\u0219te frun\u021bi \u0219i corecteaz\u0103 vanit\u0103\u021bi, snobisme, egotisme \u0219i alte \u00eenchipuiri: &#8222;P\u0103i am plecat de la Br\u0103ila\/ \u015fi-acu&#8217;, dumnezeu cu mila,\/ c\u00e2nt \u015fi io p\u0103 la metr\u0103u\/ s\u0103-mi cresc copila\u015fu&#8217; meu\/ m\u0103&#8217;, fran\u0163uzu&#8217; \u015fi italianu&#8217;\/ vor s\u0103-mi fure-acordeoanu&#8217;\/ las&#8217; s\u0103-l fure, &#8216;i din Buz\u0103u,\/ p\u0103&#8217; nici \u0103sta nu-i al meu,\/ p\u0103&#8217; b\u0103&#8217;, eu am furat meserie,\/ ce \u015ftiu io n-au cum s\u0103 \u015ftie! <i>zi-i m\u0103!&#8230;<\/i>&#8221; Sta\u021bi s-auzi\u021bi varianta englezeasc\u0103, at\u00e2t de drag\u0103 insularilor care se baricadaser\u0103-n case la auzul iminentei invazii rom\u00e2neasc\u0103: &#8222;Well, Br\u0103ila&#8217;s my hometown\/ may Lord never put me down,\/ here I play stuff in the subway\/ t&#8217; make some dough and feed my kiddies\u2026\/ Lo, the French guy and th&#8217; Ee-tully-un\/ want to steal my ac-core-dion,\/ let them steal it, it&#8217;s from Buz\u0103u,\/ stole it myself a long time ago\u2026\/ Stole the craft too from my old master -\/ hey&#8217;ll get to play this maybe in their hereafter! <i>Play it, man!<\/i>&#8222;<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">A\u0219adar, vineri, 13 iunie (cu dou\u0103 zile \u00eenainte de ziua de na\u0219tere a lui Eminescu), de la ora 18, 30, MARGENTO e-n Craiova, la Casa de Cultur\u0103 Traian Demetrescu. S\u0103-l \u00eent\u00e2mpin\u0103m cu prietenie!<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">Despre <b>Nomadosofia<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">&#8222;<\/span>Ambitiile <em>Nomadosofiei<\/em>, uriase, cum se vede, sint de a pune laolalta toate aceste voci intr-un cor. Tanasescu propune, in acest sens, conceptul de poem-graf, adica &#8222;o carte colaborativa la care contribuie poeti din toata lumea dupa principiile grafurilor matematice si spiritul jam session&#8221;. Mai aproape de istoria literara, definitia evoca polifonicele Cantos (referintele mele poetice sint mai degraba arhaice fata de cele folosite de Tanasescu, dar Pound imi pare un nume inevitabil aici) sau visul suprarealist al poeziei facute de toti. Doar ca acestia toti nu sint doar o pluralitate de poeti si cetateni de azi, ci autori ai poeziei din toate timpurile, martori ai prezentei poeziei in lume dintotdeauna si peste tot, purtatori ei insisi ai unui mesaj universalist. Iar vechimea unora dintre poetii invocati nu se constituie in argument pentru o istorie a poeziei. Vocile vechi (in fond, nu foarte multe) suna cit se poate de nou. Poetii morti de secole sint chemati sa &#8222;cinte jazz&#8221; alaturi de urmasi ai lor indepartati. Nu senzatia arhaicitatii si deci a primitivismului originar este vinata, ci senzatia prezenta ca poezia transcrie lumea, ca lumea se lasa spusa cum trebuie doar cu ajutorul unui limbaj aparte, al vorbirii sparte, eclectice, improvizate, de care poezia se face capabila. In acest scop, Tanasescu produce cu virtuozitate tot felul de mix-uri semnificative: poeme construite ca un jam session intre Robert Browning si Gellu Naum, zapping cu versuri din Philip Levine sau din &#8222;News of the World&#8221;, &#8222;intersectii&#8221; poetice cu Albert Goldbarth, &#8222;coruri de ecopoezie&#8221;, reciclari ale unor texte de Elizabeth Bishop si &#8222;interpretari&#8221; ale unor piese cintate de trupa Police, pe vremuri.
